Per un autunno romantico, la moda punta su tessuti morbidi come il velluto e il raso, e su colori tenui come il rosa e il lilla, ma anche su sfumature intense come il bordeaux e il marrone.  Elementi chiave sono i dettagli romantici come i volant e le linee fluidi, ma anche i tessuti materici come la pelle e il tweed per un contrasto sofisticato. Immancabile il trench che fa da contorno in ogni outfit.
